level 2 of Voyager is the perfect choice. Includes a special 3 course menu specifically created for Valentine's Day. After dinner you can go down stairs where
the entertainment will have you up on your feet on the spacious dance floor.

Tasmanian smoked salmon and roasted vegetable salad with baby spinach, spanish onion, fried capers and lime aioli
Vegetarian option - Mediterranian style spinach and grilled vegetable salad with feta, extra virgin olive oil and fresh sage (must be pre-arranged at time of booking)

Pan seared lamb medallions with kipfler potato, green beans and rosemary infused red wine jus
Roasted free range chicken maryland rubbed with olive oil, garlic and fresh tarragon on pontiac potato and buttered asparagus with spring oinion & white wine sauce
