Voyager Option 1: Silver Deck - SOLD OUT

For a Valentines Day with a party atmosphere - our Silver deck on level 2 of Voyager is the perfect choice. Includes a special 3 course menu specifically created for Valentine's Day. After dinner you can go down stairs where the entertainment will have you up on your feet on the spacious dance floor. Great for group bookings.

Includes: 3 courses, tea/coffee and mineral water and a complimentary silk rose for every couple

Salad of smoked chicken, wild rocket, water chestnuts and caramelized pear with a light citrus dressing
Tasmanian smoked salmon and roasted vegetable salad with baby spinach, spanish onion, fried capers and lime aioli
Vegetarian option - Mediterranian style spinach and grilled vegetable salad with feta, extra virgin olive oil and fresh sage (must be pre-arranged at time of booking)

Pan seared lamb medallions with kipfler potato, green beans and rosemary infused red wine jus
Roasted free range chicken maryland rubbed with olive oil, garlic and fresh tarragon on pontiac potato and buttered asparagus with spring oinion & white wine sauce
Wild barramundi fillet lightly grilled in olive oil, lemon myrtle and sea salt on a bed of Israeli cous cous, wilted spinach and chives

Salad of smoked chicken, avocado, caramelized onion and baby spinach with toasted almonds and mango lime aioli
Smoked salmon terrine with layers of cream cheese, capers and lemon with creme fraiche dressing and honey dew coulis
Vegetarian option - Mediterranian style spinach and roasted vegetable timbale with feta and roasted bell pepper & port sauce (must be pre-arranged at time of booking)

Fillet mignon served medium on crushed pontiac potato and wild spinach with pink peppercorn jus

A multi tiered, seafood and meat extravaganza with grilled Fish of the day, King Prawns, Blue Swimmer Crabs and Moreton Bay Bugs, all prepared in a combination of both Natural and Chilli, Salt & Pepper. ½ doz. Oysters – served Devilled and Mornay style and chefs choices from the days catch - served beside a selection of sauces. Meats include eye fillet steak, marinated beef and chicken skewers, rissoles and gourmet sausages.
