The function went really well. I met with David before boarding - although we were set up for the upper deck, we did have use of the upper deck for pre dinner drinks and after the meal. The meal and service was very good. I haven't spoken to anybody in our group who didn't have a good time. I've already been refering you to other people who are interested in a very good venue. At this stage we will be back next year, or sooner.

I would like to start by saying thank you so much for a truly memorable night. We booked for 21 people to attend one of your dinner cruises, and I can truly say it was an absolute hit. The guys were in the mood for a good night, and given that neither myself nor any of the other people in our group had been on a dinner cruise before I was a little nervous about how it would turn out.

My husband and I were very impressed with all your staff aboard the voyager on Sat 13th March. I was feeling very ill just before boarding and staff quickly came to my aid with water and a chair. We had arrived early and after a good drink and rest I was feeling much better and decided to still board the boat and try to enjoy our evening as it was our 29th wedding anniversary. The staff made me feel very comfortable about still getting on board to try to enjoy our night. From the captain all the way down the chain. They constantly asked how I was feeling as they went past me but didnt over do it either. They all seemed geninually concerned. We have been on your dinner cruises 4 times in the last 8 or so years and will keep coming back. We have always praised the service and food but we now are telling our friends about the extra nice service we recently recieved. On September 26th I booked a dinner cruise for 5 people, as my brother and sister in law were visiting from England. We are all over 70 years and I requested a nice table not knowing there was extra charge for window table. But to my surprise we were given a window table. To all of the wonderful people of "Rivers Cruises", I would like to thank-you all for such a "fantastic night"! I and my 21 friends and family members had a "first class experience"! We loved the delicious 3-course meal...the soup was divine...the main was simply the best...and the dessert was heavenly....and the unequalled service was definitely first class.

I would like to extend my thanks to yourself and the staff from Rivers Restaurant Cruises. From the initial enquiry regarding my mum’s surprise 50th birthday everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner, along with your discretion with keeping our surprise a secret was much appreciated. You should have seen the look on my mothers face when my brother (who now lives in LA) arrived, it was priceless.

The staff on the boat were fabulous and I was very impressed by their high standards of service, working in hospitality myself I have high expectations when I dine out, however compliments to the staff they defiantly exceeded my expectations.

I just got home from the cruise tonight and I couldn't go to sleep without saying thanks for such an awesome evening you guys gave! It was my first time on the cruise and also was to surprise my girlfriend's birthday. It turned out to be perfect! I couldnt find a fault wrong with anything!
