reception for my daughter and her fiancée. Sheree your
organisational skills were exemplary, before the event with coordinating
all the fine details.
Wayne was outstanding on the night and never took his eyes off
the proceedings. What an amazing man who made the night just run

I am writing this email to thank every one for a fantastic night on Saturday the 10th Nov 07, We travelled on the sapphire for our Xmas function, the whole 31 people aboard really enjoyed themselves. The Dj was fantastic as was the crew.
I would especially like to thank Adele for her hard work during the year, Adele was very professional and patient. This trip will be talked about for a long time I am guessing.

would like to start by saying thank you so much for a truly memorable
night. We booked for 21 people to attend one of your dinner cruises,
and I can truly say it was an absolute hit. The guys were in the
mood for a good night, and given that neither myself nor any of
the other people in our group had been on a dinner cruise before
I was a little nervous about how it would turn out.
Well,
I am pleased to say that I needn't have worried, the food was
great, the service was exceptional and the entertainment was absolutely
sensational. We really as a club had a ball and will definitely
look at doing it again next year with a bigger group.

I would like to extend my thanks to yourself and the staff from Rivers Restaurant Cruises. From the initial enquiry regarding my mum’s surprise 50th birthday everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner, along with your discretion with keeping our surprise a secret was much appreciated. You should have seen the look on my mothers face when my brother (who now lives in LA) arrived, it was priceless.
The staff on the boat were fabulous and I was very impressed by their high standards of service, working in hospitality myself I have high expectations when I dine out, however compliments to the staff they defiantly exceeded my expectations.
To Nick and his chef’s the food was delicious!

I had the pleasure in having dinner on your boat last Friday night. My mother had her Hen’s night and we had a group of ladies.
The service was absolutely fabulous. Adrian was a gentleman and went above and beyond when it came to making sure we had a great night. Our waiter was just lovely and I managed to have a chat to your chef on board (and boat driver) and found the atmosphere was sensational.

just got home from the cruise tonight and I couldn't go to sleep
without saying thanks for such an awesome evening you guys gave!
It was my first time on the cruise and also was to surprise my
girlfriend's birthday. It turned out to be perfect! I couldnt
find a fault wrong with anything! The food was excellent, staff
simply brilliant, welcoming and polite, atmosphere buzzing, the
dj was entertaining, and to top it off the boat was on time! If
I could find a fault, I'd say the cruise was too short! hahah!

We celebrated our 40th Birthdays
on the Sapphire on Saturday night and I wanted to let you know
that we had the best night. It was fantastic!!!! The crew were
great, the food and drinks kept coming and Michelle was a fantastic
host. Michelle was so happy to accommodate us and the little touches
like the way she set up the birthday cakes with the drinks was
lovely, serving Chris and I with our cake and the decorations
was a lovely gesture and making sure everything ran smoothly was

have been twice to BlueFire.
We enjoyed both times. The food is just delicious; the meats and
accompaniments (mash, rice, vegies) so well marinated and cooked.
We have had the ribs, the rib eye and the chicken breast.
The
Ribs at BlueFire are not like any other that is available in Melbourne.
