With more than ten different venues to select from, Rivers can cater to any size formal. Whether you have 40 or 400 guests Rivers will throw a formal to remember!

Venues can be decorated to suit your selected theme or colour scheme.

Sample Menu Items
Entrée
• Thai chicken cake, with ginger and coriander slaw
Prosciutto and sage fritatta, with aged balsamic and olive oil
• Risotto of mushrooms & pine-nuts, topped with shaved parmesan
• Spiced sweet potato and pumpkin soup

Main Course

•   Medallions of pork with apple balsamic & potato mash
•   Seared chicken breast on potato ecrasse with olive oil, roasted Spanish onions & thyme jus
•   Grilled fish of the day on crushed peas and potato, with saffron cream sauce
•   Veal scaloppini, braised in white wine, garlic and cream, with roasted potato frittata

Dessert

•   Passionfruit cheesecake with fruit coulis and fresh cream
•   Dark chocolate mousse gateaux
•   Individual sorbet terrine, with marinated berries
•   Apple crumble with a rhubarb sugar syrup
