"Seafood Fantasy" Platter
This two tiered seafood fantasy platter consists of
whole Lobster prepared Mornay style, oven baked baby snapper, king prawns, moreton bay bugs, blue swimmer crab, local freshly poached mussels, grilled calamari in a mild chili & sweet soy and finished off with oysters served mornay & kilpatrick, plus dipping sauces
