Rivers Platinum Club Card Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Card holder privileges may be revoked or modified at any time without notice

2. The Rivers Platinum Club Card can be used at the following Victorian locations: Rivers Restaurant Cruises & Boat Charters, Steakhouse, BlueFire Churrascaria Grill, Hot Chocolate Cafe and Bar, Fish Seafood Grill & Rotisserie, Flying Fish n Fries, Saganaki Greek Cuisine and Grill, Bellissimo Cucina & Trattoria, Yum Cha Dragon, Windows on the Bay

3. Card can only be used by person whose name appears on card

4. Members must notify venue at time of reservation or at time of initial function enquiry quoting card number and full name on card. Late discounts do not apply.

5. Card discount is not valid with any other offers or discounts and is limited to a maximum of 10% per account

6. Card discount is only available on the rack rate of function and event prices and not off especially priced function quotes, and is limited to a maximum of 10% per account

7. Card may be revoked / terminated without notice at any time during validation period without notice or compensation

8. Card discount is not valid on public holidays and is subject to discretion of management on Christmas Day, Valentine's Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, and New Years Eve/Day. Card discount is not valid Friday and Saturday nights during the months of November and December.

9. The Rivers Platinum Club Card is valid only for use within Australia.

10. The member card will only be sent out after the joining fee has been paid. There is no ongoing or annual fees.
