Add
this tasty sauce to your favourite fish, chicken or pasta dish.
For something different - try it as a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
2
tbs Butter
2 tbs Flour
400ml Stock – You can use chicken, fish or beef stock
30g Blue Cheese

Method:
• Melt the butter, very slowly.
•
Add
the flour.
•
Make
sure you whisk well and let it simmer for a little while. Do not
burn or allow it to change colour.
•
Pour
in the stock. A little bit at a time. Make sure you keep whisking.
•
Once
all stock is added, simmer sauce to cook out the flour taste. Could
take 5 or so minutes. (Keep Tasting)

Add
about 30g Blue Cheese and blend it together. Add more if you want
a stronger taste.
•
If
the sauce is too thick, add a little more stock until you are happy
with the thickness. No salt is required.
