Recipe: Red Dragon

Ingredients
15 ml chilli vodka
30 ml peach liqueur
3 Sprigs coriander
4 Raspberries
4 Blueberries
Cranberry juice
3 Mint leaves
Ice cubes

Serves 1

Method

• Use a tall glass - add all berries
• Add coriander torn up
• Muddle in glass
• Fill glass to the top with ice
• Add spirits
• Fill glass with cranberry juice
• Pour contents of glass into a cocktail shaker and give it a good shake
• Pour back into the glass
• Garnish with 3 mint leaves
