This drink is available at the bar on board Rivers Restaurant Cruises for a limited time (20th June - 31st July)

Ingredients:
Frangelico 15ml
Vanilla liqueur 15ml
Melted Chocolate 30ml
Espresso Coffee 30 ml
Milk 180 ml
Grated chocolate – garnish
Skewer of marshmallows – garnish
Serve in Martini glass

Method:
Prepare coffee (if espresso is not available, use plunger or instant coffee), add to glass with milk
Melt milk or dark chocolate in glass using a microwave
Add Frangelico and vanilla liqueur
Top with grated chocolate and a skewer of marshmallows

Variation: Top with whipped cream, grated chocolate and serve with marshmallows on the side.
