to Anna Caruso who won a fantastic Mothers Day gift hamper while
on board Rivers Restaurant Cruises for Mothers Day Lunch.
The
hamper was overflowing with goodies including a luxurious bath
robe, bubble bath and a leather bag.

Day cruise.

Rivers Restaurant Cruises & BlueFire are ready to take Fathers
Day Lunch bookings, so you can show Dad just how much you appreciate
his skills in squashing spiders and changing light bulbs. Information

was down at BlueFire on Fri 13th May.
The crowd was
especially pleased with BlueFire's giveaway of Churrascaria Lunches
- nearly $1,000 worth!!

Ingredients:
1 kg
lamb ribs
3 table spoons smoked paprika
1 cub BBQ sauce
4 cups beef stock
2 teaspoon Tabasco
Salt and pepper

Method:
•
Preheat oven to 190’C. Heat a heavy base pan, rub ribs with
a little oil and place in pan. Brown both sides
• Combine the rest of ingredients and place a deep baking
dish. Place lamb in liquid.
• Cover dish and cook in oven for 2 hours. Leave to cool in
liquid and store for 24 hours in fridge.
• Cut ribs between every 2nd bone.
• To reheat place ribs in a little liquid in a hot oven for
10 minutes, heating them thorough.
• Place ribs on platter and pour the marinade over ribs
