function menus cover 3 function types - 3-Course, Buffet, and
Cocktail.
Within
these selections there are four different menus for you to choose
from - Bronze (least expensive), Silver, Gold, and Platinum (top
of the range).
These menus are a guide only, they can be altered to suit your specific needs and dietary requirements. Your personal event co-ordinator will be happy to put togehter a menu for your event.
Meals are prepared by experienced Chefs in the venue's own kitchen, using the freshest produce available.
