Price: Adults $149. Children 4-12 $69 (3 & under are free)

• Smoked salmon roulade, Tasmanian smoked salmon wrapped in a dill crepe with crème
fraiche and mango salsa
• Prosciutto wrapped pork & pear terrine on a summer salad with port glaze
•Vegetarian Option - Grilled haloumi and asparagus salad (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)
Main
• Market fresh fish of the day on a potato and pea puree
• Trio of roasted meats including beef, turkey and ham with
roasted vegetables and bourbon glaze
•Vegetarian Option - Braised spring vegetables in a flaky pasty parcel with fresh tomato coulis (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)

• Chefs Selection of puddings, fruit, cakes, and
other treats

Additional drinks can be purchased at the full far on board
