Entrée
• Tasmanian smoked salmon wrapped in a dill crepe with crème fraiche and mango salsa
• Prosciutto wrapped pork & pear terrine on a summer salad with port glaze
•Vegetarian Option - Grilled haloumi and asparagus salad (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)
Main
• Pan fried rockling on potato and pea puree
• Trio of roasted meats including beef, turkey and ham with
roasted vegetables and bourbon glaze
•Vegetarian Option - Braised spring vegetables in a flaky pastry parcel with fresh tomato coulis (Must be pre-booked at time of reservation)
Dessert
• Baked peach & pistachio nut tart with vanilla and chocolate sauce
• Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy custard and red currants
Beverages
Price includes Beer, Wine, Softdrink.
Additional drinks can be purchased at the full far on board
