Group Bookings
One person must be responsible for the booking and all payments.
WE DO NOT SPLIT BILLS or ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM INDIVIDUALS ON GROUP BOOKINGS

Payments
Full payment is required upon booking
YOUR CRUISE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

Payments can be made via:
Cheque / Money Order: If paying by cheque, please make payable to: Rivers Restaurant Cruises Pty Ltd
Cash: To be paid at the Head Office only
Direct Deposit: Payments may be made at any A.N.Z. Bank direct into the account of
Rivers Restaurant Cruises Pty Ltd, BSB : 013 395 Account No : 1102 17649. Please call the office to advice of payment on 9285 0000
Confirmation of reservation only upon receipt of full deposit/payment
Credit Card Cards Accepted: Bankcard Diners Visa Amex Mastercard Direct Credit
Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or simply post / fax your invoice with credit card details attached.
All credit card purchases incur a 3% or 4% charge. Visa and Mastercard – 3%. Diners and American Express – 4%
Rivers accept this charge for three credit card purchases only. The customer will then incur any other credit card charges.

Refunds
Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee
There will be no refund for any cancellation within three working days.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS FOR LATE-ARRIVALS AND NON-ARRIVALS.

General Cruise Information

Menu
Your main meal can be selected on the night.
Please call the office or fax through any special dietary requirements prior to your cruise date. If we are not notified in advance of dietary requirements, we may be unable to accommodate these on the night.

Table Requests
Requests for tables of two and window seats will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.
A guaranteed window seat is an additional $20.00 per person, for the two guests next to the window. Those who pay the additional cost are given priority.

Cakes
Guests bringing cakes on board must notify Rivers upon booking. A cakeage charge of $2.50 per person applies for our staff to cut & serve cake to guests

Group Bookings
Large tables will receive one drinks bill only. We do not split bills. Alternatively, drinks can be ordered and paid for at the bar.

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Behaviour

Rivers Restaurant Cruises follow the rules of Responsible Service of Alcohol
In the interest of passenger and crew safety; the first sign of any unruly conduct or intoxicated behavior from a guest will result in the vessel immediately turning around and docking. The police will be notified of the incident and the offending passenger/s will be escorted off the vessel.
