In making a booking with Rivers Restaurant Cruises you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF ALL GUESTS, THE VESSEL WILL LEAVE SHARP AS PER BOARDING TIMES.

Smart / Neat Casual dress is required on board our vessels

Group Bookings
Booking Terms

One person must be responsible for the booking and all payments.
WE DO NOT SPLIT BILLS or ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM INDIVIDUALS ON GROUP BOOKINGS.
A Deposit must be made upon booking being which ever is greater, 10% of the total booking amount or a minimum of $1100. FULL Payment and confrimation of numbers for group bookings must be made 21 days prior to cruise date. No Refunds or tranfer of funds will be issued if any alterations to the booking are made after this period of time

Payments
Full payment is required upon booking.

YOUR CRUISE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

Payments can be made via:
Cheque / Money Order:             If paying by cheque, please make payable to: Rivers Restaurant Cruises Pty Ltd
Cash:                                       To be paid at the Marina Mirage or Tiki Village office
Direct Deposit:                         Payments may be made at any A.N.Z.  Bank direct into the account of
Rivers Restaurant Cruises Pty Ltd, BSB : 013 395  Account No :  1102 17649.

Confirmation of reservation only upon receipt of full deposit/payment
Credit Card:                              Cards Accepted: Bankcard, Diners, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, EFTPOS, Direct Credit
Payment can be made via credit card over the phone or simply post / fax your invoice with credit card details attached.
Credit card purchases incur a charge. 
Visa and Mastercard – 1%      Diners and American Express – 3%
No credit card fees apply for payments made via www.rivers.net.au

Rivers Gift Vouchers                 If paying by a Rivers Gift Card; Rivers need to be notified at the time of booking and are to be given your Gift Card Number. If the Gift Card amount is larger then the total cost of the cruise no refund will be given. The remaining amount on the Gift Card must be used on the night of the booking either towards Beverages or Optional Extras etc.

Refunds
Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee
Unless cancellation insurance ($25 pp) is purchased, there will be no refund for any cancellation within a 10 day period of your Cruise Departure date & time, this also includes payment made by Rivers Gift Cards. This policy applies to all Rivers Cruises, Tours, Group bookings and Transfers.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS FOR LATE-ARRIVALS AND NON-ARRIVALS

Dining / Food
If you are going on board a cruise that offers food, please call, email or fax through any special dietary requirements prior to your cruise date. 
If we are not notified in advance of dietary requirements, we may be unable to accommodate these on your cruise.

Table Requests
Requests for tables of two and window seats will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.
A guaranteed window seat is an additional $20.00 per person, for the two guests next to the window. Those who pay the additional cost are given priority. Guaranteed Window Seats are not available on Special Occasion Cruises (Valentines Day/ Mother’s Day/ Christmas / New Years Eve)

Cakes
Guests bringing cakes on board must notify Rivers upon booking. A cakeage charge of $2.50 per person applies for our staff to cut & serve cake to guests.

Discount Vouchers
Discount vouchers must be advised of at time of booking.  We do not accept any vouchers after payment has been made. Original vouchers and coupons must be sent to / or presented at a Rivers Office prior to the cruise, with the exception of Rivers Gift Cards, which are to be presented to the cruise staff on the night.

Group Bookings
Large tables will receive one account only.  We do not split bills. Alternatively, drinks can be ordered and paid for at the bar.

Responsible Service of Alcohol and Behaviour
Strictly No B.Y.O
Rivers follow the rules of Responsible Service of Alcohol
In the interest of passenger and crew safety; the first sign of any unruly conduct or intoxicated behavior from a guest will result in the vessel immediately turning around and docking. The police will be notified of the incident and the offending passenger/s will be escorted off the vessel.

Whale See Guarantee
A “Whale See Guarantee” is offered for the Wale Watching Tours. If the captain confirms that no whales where sighted on a tour, passengers have the opportunity to come back on the next available Whale Watching Tour only.
